My, how time flies.
[ It's a whorl of color that will greet the audience alongside those words for some choice handling of the camera. For those with less than steel stomachs for discomfited eyes, it's likely fortunate that the whorl stops in roughly two or three seconds after which the cameras focus comes to rest upon a certain gym leader who, judging by what can be seen in the background of the building as she takes her seat in front of the camera, has very likely taken to the greenhouse attachment of Celadon's gym that is for all intents and purposes off limits to your run-of-the-mill trainer. She settles rather comfortably into her seat before the table the most immediate 'residents' of which appear to be a populated tea tray that may be just slightly visible and sporting various treats. ]
Good afternoon. My name is Valeria. For those of you who are new or unaware, I'm the leader of Celadon's gym. If it's your goal to collect this region's badges and challenge the Elite Four, you'll be meeting me at some point, but that isn't entirely relative to this broadcast.

Spring will be leaving us next month and what better way to welcome summer than with a party? And not just any party. If you ask me, a beach party is only appropriate to get everyone into the spirit of the season and allow everyone and their Pokemon a decent measure of entertainment and respite. Therefore, I'll be taking it upon myself to host such an event, which will be held at the beach near Fuschia starting on the twenty-first of June. Rest assured there will be free food, drinks, a contest or two, and a variety of activities for both people and Pokemon guaranteed to promote a fun and relaxing environment. There will be an area designated for battles off the main site for those of you who find you've an itch to scratch.
Before anyone else, I would like to extend a formal invitation to the Champion, the Elite Four, my fellow gym leaders and members, and the region's coordinators. If you intend to participate, please contact me before the first of June so that I can ensure all formal announcements regarding our availability have been submitted to the appropriate authorities. I would hate to see any hopeful trainers disappointed, you understand.
